PH Navitaire Rewards and Recognition Program Program Mechanics and Terms & Conditions
The PH Navitaire Rewards and Recognition Program is built and run as a way to recognize the exceptional behaviors and contributions of our employees. This program runs from January 1, 2019 until Dec. 31, 2019. The program will be continuously assessed. The Company, based on the program’s performance and impact, may decide to suspend or terminate its implementation at any date earlier from above program period. On the other hand, the Company may upon reassessment of the program, extend the program period to a date as it deems beneficial.
ELIGIBILITY
All full time employees of Navitaire Philippines are eligible to participate and earn points under this program.
Each employee will receive an official sign-up e-mail from the People and Culture Team through Avail.at.
All information in this portal will be used for the programs purpose.
PROGRAM PROPER
There are two (2) simultaneous programs that will run:
- Movers and Shapers
- Above and Beyond
Movers and Shapers
Movers and Shapers is aprogram built to award employees with immediate recognition for exemplifying the Amadeus Core Values while striving for personal and corporate goal achievement.

Peer to peer and Leader to staff recognition earns each employee 10 points and a badge.
A commendation without a point value may also be issued from peer to peer and leader to staff.
Above and Beyond
Above and Beyond is a program that aims to recognize exceptional performance and/or significant contributions every quarter of the year which represent a major portion of the employee.
Criteria are as follows:
- Open to all levels belonging in the Product and Product Development teams.
- The person did a job beyond what’s expected in his career level.
- The person’s actions led to positive output and impact to the business, project, customer, team, etc.
- The person met or beat cost and schedule requirements.
- The person took the extra mile; he did the task/activity without being asked to do so.
Award Categories:

A deliberation process takes place before any A&B Award is issued. Number of awardees per Business/Functional Group, per quarter is limited to a maximum of 5% of the group’s population.
An award earns the employee 300 points.
Redemption of Points
The points earned are not commutable to cash. Points may only be used to redeem rewards from the curated rewards catalog.
Simply choose a reward you can afford and purchase it.
You may also “chop-up” your points and buy several items you can afford.
Earned points are valid for spending for as long as you remain an active employee of Navitaire Philippines Inc.
Reward points earned are not transferrable.
All online transactions are final.
Purchased rewards are delivered to the address you placed in the checkout page – it takes 7 business days for a Metro Manila address and 12 business days for provincial locations.
Some rewards are digital in nature. You will not be asked for a delivery address. These rewards will be sent to your mobile phone OR to our Navitaire rewards account (My Account) OR direct to your external merchant account (AutoSweep RFID etc.)
Rewards may be delivered to someone else – please make sure the recipient knows an item is coming / about to be delivered. So our courier is welcomed.
